As gardeners, we sometimes need to mend body parts that often leave us feeling stiff and even a bit sore at the end of a great day in the garden. Shoulders, knees, wrists and of course our backs need special attention all season long. Practicing yoga regularly can condition our bodies and offer strength and flexibility to endure weeding, planting, digging, pruning, watering and other tasks we do while hanging out with our favourite plants.
Join me for special gardener’s yoga and learn some poses to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated!
All levels welcome, so if you garden and have never done yoga, this is the perfect opportunity to try some poses along with some seasoned gardener yogis!
I can’t wait to see you on your garden mat in the beautiful Public Gardens!
